With the Teem mobile app, you can quickly find and book an available meeting room with the capacity and equipment (phone, whiteboard) you need – even when you’re on the go. You can also use Teem mobile to reserve a desk, if your company is part of the desk hoteling movement.

In addition, Teem mobile brings the Internet of Things to your office. Get turn-by-turn directions to your next meeting, or make a last-minute room reservation simply by holding your phone up to a compatible beacon.

It’s all made possible by our workplace productivity platform of the same name. In addition to the mobile app, the Teem platform includes the EventBoard conference room display app that has been helping companies reduce conference room conflict for years by making it easy to see which meeting is scheduled for which room. Any meeting that you schedule with Teem mobile will show up on the EventBoard display outside the conference room to stop “room squatters.” Those meetings will also show up on your work calendar.

Note: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
